Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of the following:

• The actual weight of the package

• The volumetric weight calculated from the package size

The higher value will determine the final shipping cost.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be imposed by the destination country or region.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

We cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of duties or taxes in advance.

Once shipped, international deliveries typically take 5–14 days to arrive.

IV. Damage During Shipment & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if an item arrives damaged, we will resolve the issue promptly.

If damage occurs:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Required documentation:

For insurance claims and verification, please attach the following three photos:

1. The damaged product

2. The outer shipping box

3. The packaging materials (e.g., cushioning)

Our response:

Once we confirm the provided photos, we will either:

• Send a replacement at our expense, or

• Issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost
