Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products—delicate, handcrafted glass pieces—and our commitment to strict quality control, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any customer-initiated reasons.

“Customer-initiated reasons” include, but are not limited to:

  • The item is different from what you imagined

  • The size does not fit

  • You placed the wrong order

  • You changed your mind

Please carefully verify all product details, sizes, colors, and prices before completing your purchase.


**2. Damaged Items During Delivery or Initial Defects

(The Only Exception)**

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, or if an initial manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will promptly provide a replacement or a refund.

You may request a replacement or refund only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. Contact within 48 hours of delivery

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Submission of required photographic evidence

To process insurance claims and ensure a swift resolution, please provide all three of the following photos:

  1. Photo of the damaged product

  2. Photo of the packaging materials (e.g., cushioning)

  3. Photo of the entire exterior shipping box

If the above conditions are met and the damage or defect is confirmed:

If replacement stock is available:

We will ship a replacement immediately.
All shipping costs will be covered by us.

If replacement stock is not available:

We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.


3. Cases in Which Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in any of the following cases, regardless of the circumstances:

  • Contact is made more than 5days after delivery

  • Any signs of use (including trial use)

  • Damage, stains, or deformation caused by the customer

  • Missing packaging, accessories, or documentation

  • The item is marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes for international shipments
    (If the package is returned due to refusal of tax payment, no refund or reshipment will be provided


4. Refund Process

Once a return or refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refund processing typically completes within 5 business days after approval

  • Depending on your credit card company or payment provider, it may take additional days before the funds appear in your account


5. Order Cancellations

Even before shipping preparation begins, we cannot accept cancellations or changes (additions, partial cancellations, combining orders, etc.) after an order has been placed.
